Descriere
Agent stabilizare, antimicrobian. Previne re-fermentarea si alterarea produsa de drojdii.
Aspect: Pulbere sau granule de culoare alb-cremos.
Aplicatie: agent antimicrobial, usor solubil in vin. Folosit cu o cantitate redusa de SO2, sorbatul previne re-fermentarea si alterarea produsa de drojdii. Nu este eficace contra bacteriilor.
Atentie! in cazul unei protectii insuficiente cu SO2, sorbatul de potasiu poate fi degradat de bacteriile din vin si produce arome si mirosuri de muscata.
Dozaj: Doze recomandate 15 - 27 g/Hl.
27 g/hl sorbat de potasiu aduce 200 mg/L de acid sorbic (limita legala UE).
Instructiuni de utilizare: Se adauga in cantitatea de vin tratata, direct peste vin in timpul omogenizarii. Pentru atingerea unui efect maxim de stabilizare, se recomanda o filtrare sterila inainte de imbuteliere.
Ambalaj: reambalat 500 g, punga 1 kg, sac 25 kg.
Conditii de pastrare:
Ambalaj inchis: pastrati produsul in spatii reci, uscate si bine ventilate.
Ambalaj deschis: resigilati ambalajul si pastrati cum este mentionat mai sus.
