Morcov Nantes este un soi timpuriu recomandat pentru culturile care se insamanteaza incepand din luna Martie si pana la sfarsitul lunii Iunie. Radacinile au forma cilindrica cu varf rotunjit si sunt de culoare portocaliu deschis. Lungimea medie a radacinilor este cuprinsa intre 16 - 18 cm, iar diametrul la colet 2 - 3. Destinatie consumul in stare proaspata, dar si procesare si stocare. Soi pretabil si la vanzarea in legatura.
Recomandam 1.000.000 - 1.200.000 plante/ha (5 x 17 cm).
