Semanat primavara timpuriu, in sol 4-5 grade Celsius, distanta 12-15 cm, si 3-4 cm pe rand, adancimea 3-4 cm.
Pentru 1 mp, este necesar 8-10 grame samanta.
Se recolteaza esalonat cand pastaile devin galben-maronii.
Se utilizeaza in alimentatia omului, boabele fiind bogate in substante proteice, vitamine si saruri.
