BELO UVO (URECHEA ALBA) este un soi de ardei a carui fructe sunt mari, de culoare verde deschis, destinat pentru consum proaspat.
Este o vairanta a soiului de ardei „Slonovo Uvo” („Urechea de elefant”) care se vinde mai mult pe piata autohtona. Da 5-6 fructe pe planta a caror masa este de 200-300g.
