Este un insecicid inovativ, cu o excelenta eficienta contra gandacilor de Colorado cat si a larvelor acestora, avand drept substanta activa: 240 g/l metaflumizone care actioneaza asupra sistemului nervos al insectelor.
Pentru combaterea gandacului de Colorado, este indicat ca insecticidul sa se aplice la inceputul infestarii, imediat dupa eclozarea larvelor pentru a evia eventualele pagube produse de acestea, cu toata ca Alverde combate daunatorul aflat atat in stare incipienta cat si in stadiul de gandac ajuns la maturitate.
In general, daca infestarea se manifesta in conditii normale, fara un atac sever al daunatorilor, un singur tratament asigura controlul si anihilarea daunaorilor,insa daca infestarea este severa, iar daunatorii continua sa atace va fi nevoie de un al doilea tratament pentru asigurarea unui control complet. Pentru a combate omizile, tratamentul se va aplica dupa ce primele larve au eclozat.
Plantele tratate sunt cartoful, vanata, tomatele si ardeii combatand insecte precum gandacul de Colorado, Omida si Minierul frunzelor de tomate.
