Caracteristici: ORIUS 2 WS este un fungicid sistemic pentru tratamentul semintelor de cereale pe baza de tebuconazol (grupa triazolilor) care protejeaza semintele contra celor mai pagubitoare boli transmise prin samanta. Tebuconazolul actioneaza prin inhibarea pe doua cai a biosintezei ergosterolului in peretii celulari ai organismelor tinta. Odata absorbit in planta, produsul se transloca acropetal, protejand astfel plantele tinere de instalarea infectiilor fitopatogene si determinand o crestere mai viguroasa a acestora. Actiunea sistemica se manifesta atat asupra patogenilor localizati pe samanta cat si a celor din interiorul acestora. De asemenea, produsul formeaza in jurul semintelor tratate o zona concentrica impregnata cu vapori de substanta activa care protejeaza plantele timp de mai multe luni de la semanat. Mod de utilizare: Tratamentul cu ORIUS 2 WS se poate aplica in doua moduri: - tratament semi-umed: prin mocirlire, prin amestec cu apa in proportie de 1:5 – 1:6 (produs:apa). In acest caz, cantitatea de apa este dependenta de caracteristicile tehnice ale masinii de tratat si de calitatea semintelor ce se trateaza, avand insa grija sa nu se adauge prea multa apa pentru a nu declansa prematur incoltirea; - tratamentul uscat, aplicat direct pe seminte, fara adaos de apa – metoda nerecomandata, intrucat se pierde mult din substanta, produsul nu adera suficient de bine pe seminte si se produce mult praf care poate provoca intoxicarea operatorilor.
