Solutia de dioxid de sulf este folosita in vinificatie la conservarea si stabilizarea vinului. Este sub forma unei difuzii de dioxid de sulf in apa, cu concentratia de 6%.Doza folosita este de 1 litru la 1.000 kg de mustuiala, must sau vin.
